We are a family based business based in Shrewsbury and provide services to customers in the Shrewsbury area & surrounds. We currently also provide services to customers in Oswestry, Welshpool, Telford, Broseley, Chrurch Stretton & Market Drayton. Other areas on request. We do not run a computer shop - instead we offer on site repairs or provide a Collect, Fix & Return service. You may also arrange to drop in your PC or laptop for service or repair. As a family business that does not employ anyone else we take a pride in our high level of service and guarantee that you always speak to the person that actually fixes your PC Our call out fee is £10 within Shrewsbury and the onsite rate is £30 per hour. Offsite work is charged at £20 per hour with a minimum charge of 2 hours: Most offsite repairs are completed for £40. If you require an onsite repair you will be advised of the total likely cost before booking: In most cases this will be £40. The collect, fix and return service is currently £60 for customers in Shrewsbury. With this service the only additional cost is for replacement parts. No parts will be fitted or billed for without your consent. Upon return the pc will be reconnected and demonstrated so that you are sure that the fault has been repaired. Most repairs are completed within 3 days of collection. Since we have moved to Lyth Hill we now offer to collect your PC when we are in your area free of charge. We absolutely guarantee that your PC will be fixed or there will be no fee (Conditions apply) |
