Able PC services provides a complete range of IT services to home and office users. We are a family based business based in Shrewsbury and provide services to customers in the Shrewsbury area & surrounds. We currently also provide services to customers in Oswestry, Welshpool, Telford, Broseley, Chrurch Stretton & Market Drayton. Other areas on request.

We do not run a computer shop - instead we offer on site repairs or provide a Collect, Fix & Return service. We also offer free advice and regularly tell people what to try that may remedy the fault without the need for a call out.

As a family business that does not employ anyone else we take a pride in our high level of service and guarantee that you always speak to the person that actually fixes your PC

Our call out fee is £30 within Shrewsbury and this includes the first hour on site. Additional time on site is charged at £20 per hour.

The collect, fix and return service is currently £45 for customers in Shrewsbury. With this service the only additional cost is for replacement parts. No parts will be fitted or billed for without your consent. Upon return the pc will be reconnected and demonstrated so that you are sure that the fault has been repaired. Most repairs are completed within 3 days of collection.

We absolutely guarantee that your PC will be fixed or there will be no fee. The only exception to this is where a customer decides the cost of the replacement parts makes the PC too expensive to repair. In this case our standard service fee is due. We have yet to come across a PC that we cant repair.
